Adelman Law Firm, PLLC was founded in May, 2001 in Memphis, Tennessee to provide specialized services to clients in the areas of nursing home and medical malpractice litigation. There has been an evolution in nursing home and medical malpractice litigation. Nursing home and medical malpractice jury verdicts and settlements have reached extreme levels as a direct result of sophisticated litigation models developed by plaintiff’s attorneys including teams of investigators, health care providers and financial professionals supported by significant resources.

The firm has been privileged to work with the finest defense attorneys and general counsel in these areas. In response to this litigation crisis, the firm has assembled a team of attorneys, paralegals and nurse consultants to meet the demands of defending these lawsuits. Additionally, the firm relies upon advanced technology to aid in document management and trial preparation and presentation. We have developed protocols for investigation, nurse/medical analysis, discovery, evaluation, alternative dispute resolution and trial that are consistent with the needs of our clients.

In addition to providing high quality attorney and litigation support services, the firm also provides medico-legal consulting services including risk management, in-service training for facility administration and staff. We are also involved in industry education presenting programs to corporations, facilities and health care associations in Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas.

The firm is active in all State and Federal Courts in Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas.
